I've been experimenting with flavouring my icing with natural flavours. I've tried strawberry and pineapple using freshly squeezed fruit juice and they taste really good and fruity. I've made a pretty awesome peanut butter flavoured icing as well…

These are my most simple cupcakes. But I have done some really decadent ones in the past: Chocolate Ganache and Rocky Road, piled high with Whispers and marshmallow… yum.
